Fish Creek Cliff

Looking south from a bridge in Fish Creek park, you can see an eroding cliff along the turn of the creek. The west side of Fish Creek has a series of bridges, which unlock some great vistas as the river winds along. The conifers and deciduous trees trade dominance throughout this part of the park, with the conifers dominating the further west you go.  

This is an 8 x 10 oil painting done on a primed canvas panel. I use Kama paint which is produced in Quebec and uses walnut oil.
