Refinery Park

Refinery park and the surrounding area provide a few ways to loop around the bow at different parts of the river. Late winter snow covered the pathway, which had frozen, thawed, frozen again to form a surface rough enough to walk on. The contrast between the shrub skeletons, which are almost black, and the softwoods, which are yellow grey in the light. Powerlines crisscross this landscape, which is leaning towards an industrial vibe.
