Ho Ho Ho Holiday Cards

I've been hand making cards for a few years now. This year, I wanted to do something with a linocut component and an individual drawing. I had my favorite pen come back from servicing. Thanks to Scott at https://fifteenpens.ca/ for doing a wonderful job with this stunning Parker Vacumatic

So with a way of containing the drawings to a reasonable size, and a frame to add some holiday cheer in a gild-y way, I considered a few under utilized collections of photos I had taken: Mushrooms, Trees, Buildings, or Birds. I feel like mushrooms require colour and context to define their shapes and scale. Trees would be mighty, but also a lot of work to do well. Buildings require some rigidity and tightness in the line making, which might mean penciling in the lines first or risking more loss in the cards. Birds are sort of cheery inherently, and each one of these has a line or two about when where and what - e.g. a Coney Island Pigeon, June 2022.

This is just about all of them (54 out of 61)
